The rise of Flexform is inseparable from its family history. Founded in Brianza, the cradle of furniture making in northern Italy, this brand, now led by its third generation, perfectly embodies the craftsmanship passed down from generation to generation.

In the 1960s, at the heart of this region, the Italian design movement was born, a unique fusion between local artisans and the great design masters trained at the Milan University of Architecture. It was in this context that the Galimberti brothers founded the artisan workshop "Flexform di Galimberti" in 1959, a name that would soon resonate in the most prestigious interiors, from Milanese palaces to villas on Lake Como, and even at the La Scala Theater in Milan.

Their vision was furthered by their children, who transformed the workshop into a thriving industry by 1967.
